2.         Updates on Neighborhood Zoning Matters:

Text Amendment Creating Lowry Design Overlay District – Christine O’Connor

Sloan Lake Zoning – Larry Ambrose

Elyria-Swanea, and Globeville area plans – neighborhood representative

3.         Update on Shared Economy Issues – George Mayl

4.         Proposed Zoning and Planning Platform – Margie Valdez and Greg Kerwin

5.         Call for Working Groups for:  Shared Economy, 2006 INC Neighborhood Handbook and Housing Issues.   ZAP needs 4 -5 volunteers for each working group.

6.         Any other issues which you believe will be of benefit to the registered neighborhood organizations and how the INC ZAP Committee can facilitate the process. YOUR IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

The committee usually meets on the fourth Saturday of each month.  Please calendar ahead.  The October meeting will be on October 25, 2014.
