1. Presentation by Sarah Showalter, Community Planning and Development Planning Services and Kyle A. Dalton, Community Planning and Development, regarding the Cherry Creek Neighborhood Plan. Councilwoman Jeanne Robb, District 10, will also be one of the presenters.

2. Margie Valdez and Greg Kerwin, new ZAP co-chairs,  will be introduced to the Committee by Larry Ambrose, President, INC. Margie and Greg would like for Committee members to bring news and ideas from their neighborhood and share with the new Co-Chairs the issues which they would like the Committee to undertake in future months. One idea the co-chairs would like to discuss relates to training on a quarterly basis. Please be thinking about this issue and other issues which you believe will be of benefit to the registered neighborhood organizations and how the INC ZAP Committee can facilitate the process.
