AGENDA:

1. 1.      Discussion with Denver’s new Director of Sustainability, Jerry Tinianow, about sustainability issues as they affect neighborhoods.
2. 2.      Discussion with Director of Denver’s Road Home, Bennie Milliner, about how the winter temporary shelters worked and about the planning process for a new 24-hour service center/shelter.
3. 3.      Presentation of recent survey of homeless individuals about effects of “camping ban” ordinance.
4. 4.      Short case study of rezoning application for 2400 block of South University Blvd. and how University Park Community Council responded – Pat Cashen, Zoning Chair of UPCC.
5. 5.      Discussion of proposed revisions to liquor and cabaret license policies and procedures.
6. 6.      Preliminary discussion of how to develop a Zoning and Planning Platform for Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation to use (and share) as principles for future zoning and planning issues.
