AGENDA:

1. Discussion with City Council President Mary Beth Susman about what, if anything, Denver should do regarding the proliferation of short-term rentals of residential properties, such as through www.airbnb.com – lists about 1000 in Denver,  www.airthc.com and www.vrbo.com – lists 207 in Denver.   She has established a special City Council committee to study the “sharing economy,” including such things as shared cars and shared residences.
2. Discussion with new Community Planning and Development Department Executive Director Brad Buchanan. Bring your questions.
3. Preliminary discussion about Xcel transmission lines in neighborhoods.
4. Any other business. Please bring news and issues from your neighborhood.

The committee usually meets on the fourth Saturday of each month. Please calendar ahead. The next meeting will be on June 28.
