US 6 will close at 9:00 pm on February 14 and remain closed until 5:00 am Monday, February 17. The highway will be closed in both directions between Sheridan Boulevard and I-25.  Click here for additional information.

The Knox Court bridge over the highway will be taken down, the east side of the Federal Boulevard bridge over US 6 will be removed and the overhead power line near the South Platte River relocated. Local traffic should use Colfax or Alameda avenues to detour around the closure.

The Northbound I-25 off-ramp to  Eastbound US 6 will close February 10 for six months to allow crews to rebuild the ramp and bridge over the BNSF Railroad tracks
