Montbello 2020, R.N.O. submits the following nominations for the INC 2023 Neighborhood Star Awards:

1). Mr. James Mills, General Manager, Raynar Manufacturing (5160 Havana Street, Unit G), Denver, CO 80239

Mr. James Mills works in the Montbello neighborhood as General Manager of Raynar Manufacturing Company.  As Manager, he works hard all day seeing that garage door orders are pulled, installed and attends to customer concerns.  However, since 2016 James has also found time to support the Montbello community every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Montbello Walks Mobile Food Pantry.  He arrives directly from work and he presents himself available to do whatever needs to be done to serve our community.  For almost seven (7) years, James continues to show up week after week to do whatever needs to be done.

He has demonstrated strength, organization and so much compassion and joy toward this community.  James is best on the front lines, loading boxes of fresh produce directly into cars.  He is joyful, respectful and genuinely loves serving the public.  You can always catch him laughing with residents as he happily loads their vehicles. And that’s not all, after the last of 200 boxes are distributed, James finds his way over to breakdown tables, tents and loads the trailer for our next distribution.

James Mills is THE example of local business supporting grass-root community programs.  On behalf of the Montbello Community, we nominate James Mills for the 2023 Neighborhood Star Award for his unending service.
