Former INC President (2012-2016) Larry Ambrose passed away quietly at home January 28, 2022. His wife, Jane, was at his side. Larry died from cancer. It has been my pleasure to serve as President of INC for the past four years and a member of the INC Board since 2007. In agreeing to serve it has been my goal to fundamentally move the organization to actively advocate for neighborhood interests and to empower neighborhood organizations to effect municipal public policy. I believe that this is the role that INC has increasingly served as part of our City’s democratic process.
From the President: A Big Year in Perspective
The year 2015 has marked unprecedented accomplishments for INC. With the help of the Delegation, INC Committee Chairs, Co-chairs and Members, and a myriad of folks from RNOs and the community, there can be no doubt that INC has tried to make, and in some cases made a difference in the course of events and direction of public policy.
