On January 23rd I attended a meeting of the INC Zoning & Planning Committee. Staff of Denver CPD presented the STR Licensing Proposal information that is now reproduced on www.Denvergov.org/STR. Although a number of questions occurred to me, I had no opportunity to ask them. This was partly due to the structure of the meeting, about which I will comment later. But, first, here are some questions that seem pertinent to me. I would like to understand the workings and ramifications of the proposed STR legalization/regulation, as well as to point out some incentives that may thereby be created.
