Denver INC is proud to co-sponsor and co-organize our Denver Decides non-partisan School Board candidate forums. These forums were initially shown on Denver Channel 8 and these YouTube Videos are really well produced. Thank you to the League of Women Voters and Denver Channel 8 for all your hard work.
Please Vote and please share these videos with your neighborhoods and neighbors so we can all make a more informed choice with our vote.
Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation is partnering again with Denver8TV and the Denver League of Women Voters under the name Denver Decides to produce televised forums on Channel 8 to inform voters about the election on November 7, 2017 as follows:
· School board – District 2 (southwest Denver) and District 4 (northeast Denver) – October 10
· School board – District 3 (east Denver) and 1 at-large seat – October 12
· Ballot issues – General Obligation bonds and “green-roof” initiative – October 17
The forums will all be telecast from the Channel 8 studio downtown. A couple of days after each forum, they can be viewed any time at www.denverdecides.org.
If you have any questions to be asked for the candidates or the speakers for and against the ballot issues, please submit them as soon as possible to karentaylorphd@gmail.com. School board questions about issues specific to the particular districts will be appreciated – please mention which district.
