South Sloan’s Lake general development plan (GDP)

Demolition crews recently took down the former St. Anthony’s Central Hospital in the West Colfax neighborhood. The property owner, EnviroFinance Group, has been working on a general development plan for the 24-acre site for about a year. General development plans lay out basic infrastructure and land-use concepts related to street grid, open space, wastewater, utilities and urban design, and set the stage for more detailed site development that follows.

The Denver Planning Board is expected to review the South Sloan’s Lake general development plan at a public hearing on December 18 at 3 p.m. at the Wellington Webb Municipal Building, room 4.F.6. To view the plan, visit our website.
