SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS 2017
Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation will be soliciting items for the 2017 Awards Dinner Silent Auction. It will take place in the evening on Tuesday, January 31 at the DoubleTree at 3203 Quebec St in Stapleton. We would love to have you help us in the collection of donation items, such as art work or local business packages. Please pick up the items or certificates from the donor businesses by Friday January 20 and please remember that the Denver INC is a 501c3 organization so all donations are tax deductible. You will be able to bring the items to the hotel on the Friday and Saturday prior to the Tuesday event.
We have all the forms and receipts ready to print out, so please call or email what you have to Gayle Rodgers (info@southmoorparksouth.org) 303-929- 0909. You efforts are greatly appreciated and will go a long way in helping fund INC’s future neighborhood empowerment work.
All businesses and donors who wish to be acknowledged will see signage at the auction table, in the event program and INC’s newsletter announcing the recipients of awards.
We are also looking for a few volunteers who could help with artistic set up of our dinner and in the running of the silent auction during our awards dinner. Please contact Gayle Rodgers or Jane Potts (Event Chair: janepottsconsulting@gmail.com) to lend your support.
