On April 13 2019 a Mayoral Forum was held and hosted by the League of Women Voters, Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation, Historic Denver, and Denver Channel 8.

Two questions to the candidates in the lightning round were based on resolutions passed by the INC Delegation. They were a resolution regardingthe acquisition of Park Hill Golf Course and its disposition and a resolution asking for a delay of implementation of the Denveright and Gameplan until after the election of May 7 and the newly elected Council and Mayor have been seated
