Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation will partner again with the League of Women Voters of Denver to organize two election forums to be presented by Denver Decides through Denver 8TV for the very important November 3 school board and ballot issue elections
The INC ZAP (Zoning and Planning Committee) met on August 22, 2015 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at 1201 Williams meeting room. CPD Executive Director Brad Buchanan, CPD Planning Services Director, Caryn Champine, and CPD Senior City Planner Steve Nalley attended the meeting.
The Committee discussed the following topics: 1) Update on Community Planning and Development Issues with presentation from Brad Buchanan; and 2) Updating of Neighborhood Plans with presentation from Caryn Champine and Steve Nalley. The Committee also voted on a resolution concerning Excise/License evening hearing procedures.
INC PARC will present a resolution at the next Oct Delegate meeting concerning the effect of Recyled water on trees throughout Denver Parks. Also on the horizon are major changes at Red Rocks Park and the need for public input
On Saturday, September 12th, the Delegation unanimously approved the attached INC Transportation Platform to the Delegation for adoption, following a six-month development process, a detailed review by the full committee, and review and comment by the INC Executive Committee.
The platform covers the wide range of topics discussed in the past three years of the INC Transportation Committee, and the many discussions in the committee and in neighborhoods that have resulted. Starting with a statement of principles that inform the entire document, the document then covers the following subject areas:

A bike library with all sizes of bicycles to check out. Desk and office space aplenty. Great corner location for easy street and vehicle access and high visibility. It is a bright space with large windows freely provided by Forest City developers, a far sighted developer which sees the value in giving space to a Cop Shop.
