Emmett Hobley was approved to INC Board in July and accepted by the Delegates in September. He is a member of Organizing For Action and is currently the Chapter Lead for Denver and a Training Manager for the State Of Colorado.

Emmett is passionate about the community and how the oil industry and Gentrification effect our communities. He represents the Montbello Neighborhood Improvement Association. His focus is on Community Stabilization, Generational Wealth Building and Increasing the Affordable Housing Stock, and he is committed to keeping all communities Safe and Inhabitable.

Emmett fills a vacancy on INC’s board through March 2020 and he is eligible to run for INC’s board in March 2020 for a full term.
