Mayor Michael B. Hancock at Mayfair Annual Meeting

Note: For those of you who live in Mayfair, this is a critical meeting which provides the opportunity for you to express your opinion, for or against, the issue of a proposed Walmart store at 9th and Colorado.

For those who do not live in Mayfair, it is important for you to attend to express your solidarity with your neighbors.

Mayor Michael B. Hancock will address the proposed development at 9th and Colorado, upcoming ballots issues, and other topics that affect Mayfair and surrounding neighborhoods. After his remarks, there will be a question and answer session.

Marcus Pachner, The Pachner Company, is slated to give a short presentation covering the current GDP (General Development Plan) and zoning for the proposed Fuqua development. He will also cover the proposed tenant mix and the next steps in the development.

Councilwoman Jeanne Robb, District 10, and Councilwoman Mary Beth Susman, District 5, will give an update to the neighborhood regarding their position on the proposed Fuqua development, latest updates on other key issues and programs facing the neighborhood in the next year. They will also solicit your feedback during a question and answer period.
