0900  Loretta Koehler called meeting to Order

• 0905    Dave Halterman(Delegate At Large) Introduction.
• Judy Baxter moved to approve Dave Halterman as the new Delegate At Large, Christine OConner seconded the motion.

• Delegate vote was 18 Agreed, 0 opposed, 1 Abstention.

• Motion Carries.

• Elections are every four years.

• Purposes: Internal Audits, prevailing wage laws and enforcement, independent auditing committee.

• There are no standards for Hazardous waste material handling for railroads in place.
