0900 Loretta Koehler called meeting to Order
- 0905 Dave Halterman(Delegate At Large) Introduction.
- Judy Baxter moved to approve Dave Halterman as the new Delegate At Large, Christine OConner seconded the motion.
- Delegate vote was 18 Agreed, 0 opposed, 1 Abstention.
- Motion Carries.

- Introduced East High school (Climate Sustainability Club)
- Group gave an update on the Tree planting event on April 21, 2022.

- Independent Office
- Elections are every four years.
- Purposes: Internal Audits, prevailing wage laws and enforcement, independent auditing committee.
1022 City Councilman Debbie Ortega: RailRoad Corridors
- There are no standards for Hazardous waste material handling for railroads in place.
