Councilwoman Amanda Sandoval Abe Barge, Community Planning & Development Brad Johnson, Community Planning & Development Councilwoman Amanda P. Sandoval has proposed a Denver Zoning Code text amendment to create two conservation overlay zone districts, along with a map amendment, that will be applied to portions of the Sunnyside neighborhood. The proposed text and map amendment will be posted soon, and are tentatively expected to be heard at Planning Board in December

Brad Johnson, Community Planning & Development During the pandemic, a temporary COVID-related regulation allowed local businesses to use temporary patio spaces to expand their serving capacity. City staff are now developing a permanent program that will allow these and other businesses to use private and public outdoor space for operations after the temporary pandemic-related program ends.
