Our INC Public Safety Committee met on Tuesday, April 28th at the DPD Dist. 1 Station. We had a nice gathering of 18 people at the meeting where Dist. 1 Commander Pazen welcomed us to his district and spoke on the issues the department faces in its neighborhood.  After that, INC President Larry Ambrose addressed the group and explained the work of our organization.  Following Larry’s remarks, we were enlightened to the work of the Denver City Attorney’s Neighborhood Prosecution Team.  This group breaks out of the traditional courtroom setting to partner with community members where they live to address everyday criminal issues impacting their quality of life.  They form partnerships with neighborhood residents, businesses, and police.
