This months main topic was Mountain View Planes Protection. Brad Cameron,spoke on the topic. His RNO is deeply concerned that the Cheesman Park/Botanic Gardens view plane could be impacted by a rezoning of Denver’s Golden Triangle to permit “point towers” of up to 300 feet in height which threaten to block views of the Front Range from Cheesman Park.
Other topic: Park Hill Golf Course has been approved to go forward in petitioning for proposed ballot issue in November. Several members from SOS Denver (Save Open Space Denver) attended and shared information
