• Loretta introduced Juston Cooper.
• Juston Cooper introduced himself, gave us some background information on himself, and an update on the process.
• Infrastructure, Plan looking forward.
• 74% believe that we are poised to look forward.
• Structure: ByLaws Incorporate policy into writing, Implementation and engagement.

• Proposal to form DEI Committee.
• Infrastructure put in place.
• Advisory Board.
• Next Steps. Summation and Recommendation,scaling.
• Make an announcement to the delegation on May 14th.
