INC Delegate Meeting Nov 14 2020
INC held its meeting virtually on Nov 14 via Zoom.
Two topics were discussed
1. Motion regarding diversity, inclusion, etc.
Juston Cooper Deputy Director Colorado Criminal Justice Reform Coalition led us in discussing this topic.
Denver Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation (INC) is anti-racist, and is against all forms of racism.
Accordingly, all actions considered by, taken by, or supported by INC shall be clearly shown to have the effect of eliminating racism and racially-disparate impacts.
- RNO Committee Report
In January 2020, INC established a committee to: (1) examine and review the RNO Ordinance and recommend possible improvements; and, (2) recommend ways in which the inclusivity and effectiveness of Denver Registered Neighborhood Organizations can be improved.
The 12-person committee was co-chaired by Margie Valdez and Michael Henry.
