Group Living: meeting info and packet

Here is information about how to join the meeting:

- General participation:Denver staff, city council members, GLAC members and public may join the meeting. Members of the public who join via a computer, tablet or smartphone can listen to the discussion, and can ask questions or comment using the chat function. Staff will share comments and questions from the public as time permits. You should be able to join the meeting from a web browser (such as chrome, safari or firefox), but it may work better at your end if you download the free Zoom app to your smartphone, laptop or tablet.
- GLAC members: Please join using Zoom link on computer, smart phone or tablet to be able to see the presentation, each other and the chat activity. If unable, please contact Meagan or myself to see if we can make it possible (via loaner tablet, computer, etc.).
- Arrival in meeting: All participants will arrive in waiting room when joining, and project staff will admit each person into the forum in order of arrival, ensure each person is ID’d as staff/GLAC/public in the participant list, and give staff and GLAC members ability to mute and unmute themselves.Please plan to join about 5 minutes earlyin order to get everyone admitted into meeting on time.
- Recording: The meeting will be recorded, and the chat record will be saved.
- Polling: As we have previously, we may ask GLAC members to indicate their support or lack thereof for a proposal. Only GLAC members will be allowed to express their preferences on proposed changes to committee recommendations. Procedures for doing so will be described in meeting.
On May 1 the INC ZAP committee received a reply to the questions that they posed on March 27, 2020 (referenced below). CPD responses to their questions an in purple highlighted by pale yellow and start on page 2
One would think in the age of COVID-19 the question of furthering group living facilities would, in fact, be reversed to the point of shrinking due to questions surrounding health and safety. Thank you, Christine and Ean, for your Feedback on Group Living Recommendations.
