Principal of Dover, Kohl & Partners, Mr. Dover has been working on street design and development for over twenty-five years. He recently co-authored Street Design: The Secret to Great Cities and Towns. Mr. Dover will discuss the importance of designing dense, mixed use urban centers that include all modes of transportation.
