INC’s  “Dollar Dictionary Drive” reached its goal to raise funds to provide some 7,000 third graders enrolled in Denver Public Schools with both a dictionary and a thesaurus.  The program chair, Blake DiMeo said “We are pleased to reach this goal so that INC can continue to contribute to literacy and educational development for these important young minds.”

This year, the program introduced an English/Spanish dictionary – something new based on teacher feedback last year.  INC has been involved in this program for 18 years.  The program is funded from silent auction proceeds at INC’s annual awards dinner, grants and private donations.
