Chore Service for Seniors (60+)
Seniors’ Resource Center has been granted Older American Act dollars through DRCOG to implement a “free of charge” Chore Service Program!
This program is available to the 60 and older population living in the Broomfield, Adams, Jefferson, Clear Creek, Gilpin and Denver Counties!
No means testing or income requirements to get this free service for the older adults living in your communities.

Services available include:
- Organization and clean out of house or apartment areas / preparing house for inspection
- Packing and unpacking of household items for moving
- Deep cleaning of bathrooms / kitchens / floors/ cabinets / etc.
- First floor window washing / inside windows on any floor
- Cleaning closets / storage areas
- Trash clean up and removal to available receptacle
- Cleaning porches / decks / patios
- Seasonal yard clean up
How it Works:
- Chores Service providers are scheduled in 3-hour increments, either in the morning (8:00 am – 11:00 am) or afternoon (12:00 pm – 3:00 pm).
- You my use this program up to 3 times a year.
- All Chore Service workers are bonded and insured.
- This program is funded by Denver Regional Council or Governments (DRCOG) and your generous donations.
