Advancing Equity in Rezoning

Update from Ean Tafoya on city-led initiative Expanding Housing Affordability through Market Rate Tools. Public comment period ended March 14, 2022 and this will go to Planning Board on April 6th.  Ean sits on the Task Force for the EHA effort and can update on recent changes to the proposed ordinance and answer questions.
