On December 12 INC Delegates held a special meeting to approve recommendations by the RNO Ordinance committee. Also included in this program was a presentation by Tobacco Free Colorado. Tobacco Free Colorado is challenging the production of flavored tobacco designed to attract youth. This included revision to amendment including special districts public hearings. Download Here
