The Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC) is proposing to formalize and finalize design review procedures and requirements that reflect current practice and/or which are currently being phased in through a pilot program. The Commission will be holding a public hearing on Oct. 6, 2015 at 1 p.m.
Three major design review improvements are proposed to be adopted through the rule-making process:
