THREE OTHER UPDATES:

Historic Denver and La Alma Lincoln Park community members have applied to designate the La Alma Lincoln Park neighborhood a Denver Historic Cultural District.  Information about the project and two public meetings about the proposed designation to be held April 28 and May 15 can be found at this link.

CPD has filed the official notice concerning the 160 amendments contained in the “2021” Bundle Text Amendment and will be heard at the Land Use Transportation & Infrastructure Committee May 4, 2021.  Tina Axelrad and Abe Barge presented on the bundle at our February ZAP meeting.  ZAP has not analyzed the entire package.  If there is time at the April 24th meeting, we can discuss.

Denver’s proposed Residential Rental License Registry is moving forward.  CW Gilmore and Chief of Staff Magen Elenz presented out our February ZAP Meeting and the proposal has been heard in committee.  Tonight (April 22, 2021) Councilwoman Gilmore’s office is hosting a Zoom Meeting to gather feedback on the proposal.  (Another opportunity is during our ZAP meeting.)  Sign up to listen to or attend the Zoom meeting here.

Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
