INC Needs Silent Auction Items – Please ask your Neighborhood businesses for Donations. INC is a grassroots organization and needs your help and involvement to succeed! Please pitch in!

SILENT AUCTION DONATION INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for soliciting items for the 2017 Awards Dinner Silent Auction. It will take place in the evening on Tuesday, January 31st at the DoubleTree Hotel in Stapleton. Attached are a Request for Silent Auction Donations that you can use to solicit items from businesses and Silent Auction Receipts one of which is to be given to contributors and one filled out for INC.
Please pickup the items or certificates from the donor businesses by Monday, January 23. Fill out the Receipt form completely. Take your time when filling it out to make sure it is legible.
Tear (by folding along the dashed line) or cut and leave the top part with the donor.
When you have the item in hand, please call or email Gayle Rodgers or Jane Potts in order to make arrangements to have the item delivered or picked up. We will instruct you as to where to deliver the items if you are able to do so. Please include the Silent Auction Receipt Copy with the Silent Auction item.
We would like the items by January 26.
