Colfax Corridor Improvements Meetings
COLFAX CORRIDOR CONNECTIONS STUDY TO SHARE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TRANSIT AND MOBILITY IMPROVEMENTS ON COLFAX AVENUE
The Colfax Corridor Connections study is set to host a third round of public meetings to share findings and seek input on recommendations to address transit mobility and accessibility along the Colfax Avenue corridor between I-25 and I-225.
The Colfax Corridor Connections study began in 2012 and is wrapping up a year-long technical analysis of the three remaining alternatives under consideration (Enhanced Bus, Bus Rapid Transit and Modern Streetcar). Meetings held on August 26 in Denver and August 27 in Aurora will present the results of the analysis as well as share recommendations for the path forward. www.ColfaxCorridorConnections.com.
Briefings by the project team, along with informative displays, will help educate the community on transit and mobility solutions for those who live, work, and travel in the Colfax Avenue corridor. There will also be opportunities for community members to provide input.
