Denver Community Emergency Response Training

Full Scale Training Exercise

Date:  March 22, 2014 Time: 10:00am to 2:00pm

Who:

• All Denver CERT Trained students needing a graduation exercise to complete their training.  You will be the responders for the graduation exercise.
• Role players – Bring a friend we need about 100 role players. (What do role players do?  They play the part of people who have been injured in a disaster)
• Certified trained CERT graduates are invited to join the exercise (Don’t forget you bag or hat.)
• Amateur radio communicators.

People with Access and Functional need are welcome to take part. Assignments will be given the day of the exercise.

Location: Pepsi Center, 1000 Chopper Cir, Denver, CO 80204

Please register: on line at www.denvergov.org/DenverCERT and under volunteer organization indentify: Responder or Role Player.

Food: Please bring your own snack/lunch/drink with you.

Note:  Media, For March 22, 2013, the best time for picture, interviews and video will be for 11:00am to 12:30pm

This is an excellent opportunity to participate and help prepare our communities for times of disaster.
