BUCKLEY ANNEX GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Public Comment Deadline Extended to January 2

The Lowry Redevelopment Authority will revise the General Development Plan to add more detail as it relates to the final Redevelopment Plan created in 2007-8. The refined GDP will be presented again in a public meeting in mid to late January.

Public Comment Extended:  To provide more time for community input, the deadline for comments to the current GDP has been extended to 5 p.m. on January 2, 2013.  Comments may be emailed to info.annex@lowry.org, or mailed/dropped off at the Lowry Redevelopment Authority office at 7290 East First Avenue. A copy of the GDP is available online here or at the LRA office for public review.

Next Steps: After the revised GDP is submitted to the city, appropriate zone districts will be proposed and the Lowry Community Design Guidelines may be amended to support the final plan.
