DENVER – Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation will launch it’s first meeting in 2020 with a hot topic- Rent Control  Pros & Cons.  For several years advocates have worked with the Colorado General Assembly to remove the preemptive ban on rent control. INC’s forum will host advocates, opponents, and local elected leaders to discuss the future of rent control in Denver and it’s relation to the housing crisis.
