World Spay Day
World Spay Day is an annual campaign of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and Humane Society International. Held on Feb. 25, 2014, the event emphasizes the important role spaying and neutering pets plays in the effort to end pet overpopulation.
As part of World Spay Day, Denver Animal Shelter, along with partner shelters, animal welfare organizations and veterinarians, will offer free or low-cost spay and neuter surgeries during the month of February, including:
