On June 11th INC met for their monthly meeting via Zoom. A vote was taken concerning support of the motion “Denver Deserves Safe Street” which would collect a fund based on the linage feet of the sidewalk property. The vote was 15 for 1 against and 9 abstentions.

Program was Nicole Kim Excise and License – Licensing for rental property and Joshua Palmeri and Shawn Johnson regarding ADUs.
