On February 20, Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation sent out an email to all candidate for city council, advising them that we would be sending them a survey about matters of interest to INC members. The survey of 14 questions was sent on February 23, with responses initially requested by March 6, and then extended to March 9. Twenty-one council candidates responded.
