Please consider this email official notice and find attached a REVISED Hearing Notice for the Board of Public Health & Environment’s Special Session to hear the Kiewit Petition for a Noise Variance.  The Board will be accepting written comments beginning on Thursday, August 30, 2018 through the close of business on Wednesday, September 5, 2018.  Written comments may be submitted during this time to BEH@Denvergov.org; or mailed or hand delivered to the Department of Public Health and Environment (DPHE), Administration Offices, Attention Kathy Houston, 200 W. 14th Avenue, Suite 300, Denver, CO 80204.

The Special Session is still scheduled as noted for September 6, 2018 at 5:30p.
