Mission
To support the organizational goals by building INC’s membership to include a diverse representation from all neighborhoods within Denver.

Committee Duties
Recruits, tracks and retains INC membership.
Responsible for ensuring a quorum is present at all Delegate meetings held by INC, especially important when voting matters come before the Delegates.
Maintains a record of all RNO’s listed with the City of Denver (access and share)
Does the invoicing for dues, processing from online payments
Recommends dues structure changes when appropriate
Creates materials used for recruiting including INC’s annual summary of accomplishments
Establishes and generates benefits for members
Aligns with Executive Committee to help target and recruit new members
Provides lists used for newsletters, invitations, other announcements

How Membership Records Are Used
Membership records are used for sign-in sheets for meetings where votes are taken (ensures quorum is present)
Issuing invitations for special events
Newsletter and community news distribution
Provide current membership counts
Print name tags
